All plans are individualized. All services – whether Personal Training or Wellness Coaching – begin with an initial assessment session to identify the client’s goals for fitness and wellness and to design a plan geared to the client’s individual needs.Wellness Coaching is offered in individual sessions at the Tempe office location. Sessions can also be arranged telephonically. Sessions coach clients so they can achieve a personal blueprint for well-being and the skills to implement the plan. Coaching is designed to help the client take charge of his/her own wellness and all that might entail (health behaviors, stress management, physical activity, weight management). It is geared toward harnessing strengths to overcome obstacles.A comprehensive Fitness Assessment is completed at the start of the personal training program and repeated periodically throughout the program to document results. The fitness assessment includes body composition analysis and measures of muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility.Service Coordination. Services can be closely coordinated with those services that clients are receiving from other providers – primary care physician, dietician, chiropractor, massage therapist, or other providers.
